Curly Burly lives safely underground on the beautiful island of Bornholm with his family and all the other trolls. Life is filled with fun! Flights on bats, cave parties…and rules, lots of rules. One rule must not be broken: never go up to the surface, because humans are dangerous! But Curly Burly is a troublemaker who doesn't quite understand what to do with all those rules. One day there's a sudden rumble from above and he sneaks up to the human world to see what's happening. Unexpectedly, his little sister follows, and what begins as an innocent outing quickly develops into a grand adventure, filled with danger, magic and experiences greater than anything Curly Burly could ever dream of!
