Stitch Head

Stitch Head

Australian Premiere

"...the lively humour…and the flashes of almost Pythonesque absurdity make for a winning combination of life lessons and monster mayhem" – Screen International

High above the little town of Grubbers Nubbin looms Castle Grotteskew. Here, in his haphazard laboratory, the maddest of all mad professors brings his latest monstrous creation to (almost)-life. Watching, high up in the rafters and hidden in the shadows, is the professor’s first, long-forgotten creation. A tiny, strange-looking fellow, Stitch Head, is made up of bits, pieces and spare parts, and he is quite a sight to behold.

Stitch Head keeps the castle and his fellow monsters safe by doing everything he can to keep them all hidden, until one day, a tired-looking freak show comes to town and is in dire need of a new attraction.

Featuring the voices of Asa Butterfield, Alison Steadman and Rob Brydon, and based on the book series by Guy Bass, this raucous twist on the Frankenstein story is an animated comedy adventure for little monsters young and old.

Parental guidance: Some scenes may scare sensitive viewers.
